Ben Rayner is the Executive Producer of Al Jazeera English in London. He’s responsible for the European news operation at the news channel. He’s worked at Aljazeera English since March 2006 and was one of the key players in the launch of the global broadcaster.
Before joining Aljazeera Ben was Editor of the ITV News Channel run by ITN. He helped launch that news channel as well for ITN in London. He worked at ITN for six years. Prior to ITN he worked as a news editor and programme editor in regional news in London and on newspapers.
