Created 2001, by the French speaking and the German speaking societies of editors in Belgium, Copiepresse's mandate is to promote and defend the copyrights of their members as well as control the terms of use for third-parties in order to protect authors' work.  Margaret Boribon has been Secretary General since it's inception.
