Scott Anger is currently Director of Video at the Los Angeles Times, a newspaper which is rapidly making the transition to online video.
Prior to that, he has worked as a producer/cameraman for Frontline, the highly acclaimed Public television documentary series.  Prior to that he was Kabul Bureau Chief for the Voice of America, the US government's broadcasting service. He is also an independent filmmaker and photojouranlist.
